In 1993, Steven J. Fiers, Founder and President, built upon his vision of creating a company to help other businesses manage their information more efficiently and more affordably.

Now 15 years later, grounded in the same fundamental vision, IMAGING USA helps businesses streamline their document processes to improve productivity, boost profit margins, and cultivate customer loyalty.

Steve has more than 20 years of experience in the Document Imaging industry. Previously, he was President & CEO of Advanced Document Conversion. From 1990-1993, he was Chief Financial Officer of The Fidlar Company’s, a software development and technology company specializing in custom designed document management software for County Government. In 1986 Steve joined the public accounting firm of RMS McGladrey.

Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a MBA in Accounting from St. Ambrose University. Steve has served on several Standards Committees for AIIM International. He is a past President of the Midwest Chapter of AIIM. Steve serves as Chair of Staff Parrish Relations for The First United Methodist Church of Geneseo.
